PASS an awarded Top Consultant in the category IT consulting

“These consulting companies are made for mid-size organizations.” said Dr. Dietmar Fink, TOP CONSULTANT’s scientific director, praising the 60 consultants recognized in 2012.

The reason for this:

• Nearly 70% of the consultants have worked outside the consulting and coaching sector and over 40% for even longer than 5 years.
• The average age of permanent and freelance staff in Top consulting companies is 41.

“Above all, this in comparison to large consulting organizations is remarkable and shows that we have the consultants here, who have the knowledge required by mid-size organizations,” said the Professor for Management Consultancy at the Bonn Rhein Sieg University, when summarizing the results of the benchmarking. Those who are familiar with the consultancy scene will know that mid-sized companies prefer real-life and professional experience to the theoretical analyses and trendy charts of young university graduates.

This is the third time Fink has carried out a national consultant comparison, focusing on professionalism in consulting and customer satisfaction. In the questionnaire each consultant was asked for ten reference customers and awards were given in four categories - management consulting, personal consulting, IT consulting and coaching.
