With the PASS Center of Excellence Product Maintenance, we are offering the following services: |
- Advising business department, product owners, project managers, etc. regarding release planning
- Training staff for development readiness
- Coaching development team
- Supporting technical services
- Monitoring quality, conformity and productivity of developments
- Advising regarding new components and features of VSF
- Developments, testing (as far as possible while providing other services)

- Operated by PASS employee with specific expertise regarding the VSF and your product .
- Depending on location: PASS Expert has an office on the client’s premises and if required can also travel to different sites.
- PASS Expert is the central point of contact for technical support from PASS Headquarters.
