For the 10th time in a row, the Top Employers Institute has awarded the PASS Consulting Group as "Top Employer Germany", confirming excellent employee conditions and a future-oriented personnel policy.
The in Aschaffenburg based software and consulting company achieved particularly high ratings in the fields of human resources planning, career and succession planning, compensation & benefits as well as training & development. According to Top Employers Institute, this goes hand in hand with excellent career opportunities and perspectives. "In the Rhine-Main area, skilled workers are highly competitive, which is why we place personal and professional training and further education clearly in the focus of our personnel strategy. Always with the goal of creating a working environment that motivates our employees to think innovatively," states Christian Schulz, Senior Manager HR at PASS. This claim is reflected, among other things, in the cooperation with various universities.
