PASS Consulting Group has updated its successful PASS Inventory Software to version 4.8. With this new update, we are continuing to focus on greater efficiency, user-friendliness, and flexibility. Numerous enhancements and improvements to the web application, as well as a real highlight in the mobile app, now provide you with even better support for your inventory management.
Highlight: New “Inventory assets” feature in the mobile app
You can now record new assets directly via the room overview in the mobile app* and assign them to the appropriate room immediately. This new feature makes mobile asset recording on site easier and more efficient than ever before. This means less rework, direct links, and higher data quality—without having to go through the web application.
Numerous improvements in the web application
Existing functions have been specifically enhanced in recent months to make your daily work noticeably easier:
- CSV import for assets expanded: Customer-specific additional fields can now be filled in directly during import.
- Batch creation of master data: Locations, departments, and other master data can now be conveniently created in a single step.
- CSV import for rooms: Rooms can now be imported via CSV file just as efficiently as assets.
- Rooms in bulk processing: In addition to assets, multiple rooms can now be edited simultaneously – for quick adjustments in the event of major changes.
- Phone contracts and generic assets: Optionally, generic inventory types can now be linked to phone contracts and SIM cards – particularly useful for custom-defined inventory types.
