Die Operation umfasst den Betrieb, die Betreuung, das Deployment und die Konfiguration von Anwendungen bei unseren Kunden.
Die Auslagerung der Applikation umfasst die Wartung und Pflege inkl. Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen zur Weiterentwicklung, aber auch von regulatorischen Anforderungen.
Die Stilllegung der Applikation inkl. der Archivierung oder Löschung der Daten erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. DSGVO) und der Kundenanforderungen (z. B. Legal Hold).
Die Optimierung der Anwendung erfolgt nach einer Analyse des Optimierungspotentials. Die Performance, Offenheit, Wartbarkeit etc. werden durch dieses sog. Wellness-Sourcing sukzessive optimiert.
Die Modernisierung der Anwendung sieht vor, dass verwendete ggf. veraltete Technologien durch moderne ersetzt werden. Hierzu kann ein Paradigmenwechsel notwendig sein.
