General partner information

PASS intends to collaborate with its partners to deliver or complete joint projects and various services. The cooperation in line with the PASS Group is to be based on trust relationships characterized by fair, open, as well as honest collaboration and communication.

The basic principles of the cooperative collaboration have been laid out in a master agreement. Exact specifications including performance and payment obligations will be regulated in separate individual contracts. Until each individual contract has been finalized, each party will carry their own costs including incidentals, such as travel costs.

Both parties operate as two fully independent and separate companies.
